Who we are

Background:
Founded on 28th May 2019, Transform a Girl’s Life Initiative is a non-profit community based organization that aims to end period poverty, create awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights and to empower a new generation of girls with a strong sense of self-belief. Women are the most interactive and social beings in a community and pass information like wildfire thus believing in the saying “educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation.” We believe women experience unique and complex health challenges and require the knowledge and attention of understanding these challenges even at a tender age, thereafter, being able to reach their full potential and contribute to the development of the community and more so to the nation.]
